Shipping, Returns And Exchanges.

Standard Ground Shipping: FREE on U.S. orders over $100 to the 48 contiguous states.

Estimated arrival: 4-8 business days. Orders will be shipped on standard ground transportation by FedEx Ground and/or USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Expedited Shipping:

Estimated arrival: Second business day. Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 9 AM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Rush Shipping:

Estimated arrival: Next business day (pm). Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Rush orders placed before 9 AM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Ship to Store:

We now offer the option to ship to your favorite Nouva Design store! On the checkout shipping page, click the Ship to Store tab, search for a store and ship it using the shipping method you prefer. A store representative will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. You will be asked to show identification and/or the credit card used to place the order. Outlet stores not included.

Buy Online and Pick Up In-Store:

Place your order online and conveniently pick up in store. Orders are usually ready within 3 hours and all locations offer our buy online, pick up in store service.

Shipment Timing:

Your order may ship in multiple packages at no cost to you as your items become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. All orders placed after 9:00 am CT will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

Please note, ONLY IN STOCK items are available for expedited and rush shipping so please check your item’s availability before selecting your shipping option.

International Shipping:

Nouva Design is proud to provide an enhanced international shopping experience through our trusted third-party global partner Borderfree.


As part of our commitment to handcrafting the very best footwear, we want you to have plenty of time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. With you in mind we’ve made a few updates. Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to 60 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resaleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. There is a restocking fee of $25 per pair on Factory Second returns. The amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Returning Items by Mail:

We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. For all orders placed on please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process. International customers must mark the package “U.S. Goods Returned” in the description box on the airway bill when returning a product. Customers are responsible for filing for a refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency

Returning Items In Store:

You may also return products purchased through to any Nouva Design Store. Please have your order confirmation number and bring your items in the original packaging. Third party retailers and vendors do not accept returns made on or at an Nouva Design Store.  


Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return to expect your refund.  All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, merchandise credit or check. In-store purchases paid in cash and returned online will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit or check. In the event we mistakenly overcharge you for any item, please let us know and we will immediately refund the difference between the amount we charged and the actual price for the item(s). We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges regardless of receipt or condition.*
